KUNDALINI YOGA

The Spinal Flex Series of Kundalini Yoga facilitates strength, flexibility, coordination and stabilization of the spine. This is a great therapy for most back conditions. It helps move the cerebrospinal fluid that bathes the brain, thereby helping detox and give nutrients to the central nervous system. Kundalini Yoga also removes the blockages in the central acupuncture channels facilitating the upward ascent of the Kundalini energy.

 

SHAMATHA (PEACEFUL ABIDING) MEDITATION

This form of meditation comes from the ancient Tibetan Buddhist tradition and helps teach mental focus, relaxation and “letting go”. It is very useful for people who are experiencing excessive stress, anxiety, tension, OCD, chronic pain, and or depression.

YOGIC BREATH TECHNIQUES

Learn Yogic breath techniques to cleanse and relax the body and nervous system thereby helping to move the mind into a more peaceful space.

Kensho Keto Diet

Dr. Ken will present a diet plan based on consuming healthy fats for energy. This meeting will go over the details of a true ketogenic diet in order to prevent disease and promote a more efficient metabolism. Included is an outline of the program with ingredient lists, charts, and suggested recipes. Enjoy a taste of typical ketogenic meals, suggested omega 3, 6, and 9 oils, and bulletproof coffee or tea. There will be plenty of time for questions and answers, and general discussion regarding the diet in a relaxed social setting.
