Dr. Edgar Uses a biomechanically based alignment of the spine and extremities as well as myofascial (deep massage) release techniques, through manual and instrument adjusting. Dr. Edgar has found Arthrostim adjusting to be highly effective in treating patients of all ages. The Arthostim is a gentle-force instrument used to adjust joints that are misaligned or ‘rusted shut’/fixed. The instrument beats at 12-14 beats per second. This is the Schuman Frequency. The brain also vibrates at the Schuman Frequency. The Arthrostim stimulates the proprioceptors and other classes of receptors in and around the joints to balance out of place or stuck joints and tight myofascial elements. No twisting, cracking or ‘popping’ of the joints is necessary.
Occasionally manual adjusting is optimal or requested, and Dr. Edgar is of course, well versed to provide this service as well.
Dr. Edgar follows the guidance of KST or Koren Specific Technique which is a system of analysis similar to Applied Kinesiology that locates areas of concern in the body such as misaligned joints/vertebrae, myofascial issues, energy blocks, etc.
